You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Site content without prior written permission.

The Site may provide an AI-powered chat assistant. The assistant is provided "as is" for informational purposes and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

You must not rely on the assistant for professional, legal, financial, medical, or security-critical decisions. The AI assistant is not David and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and for not sharing sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in chat messages.

Submitting a contact form with the purpose "estimate" or "booking" does not create a contractual relationship. Any estimate, timeline, or service description communicated through the Site is indicative and non-binding until a separate written agreement is executed by both parties.

Project scope, pricing, payment terms, and deliverables are governed exclusively by the applicable written agreement, not by the Site or its content.

The Site contains links to external websites and services (for example, likeakinginc.com, lxrcore.com, wolves.land, GitHub, LinkedIn, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website, and links do not imply endorsement.

The AI assistant and the contact form are provided without warranty. You use the Site, its content, and the AI assistant at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless David, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of applicable laws; or (d) your messages submitted through the contact form or AI chat.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
